As we are a new generation network marketing company with technology at people’s disposal, we operate according to 21st century trends. Every study or house of our members with a computer or cell phone are an office from where Goldsave operates and is marketed. Team Leaders have their own independent work stations/home businesses and instead of employees, make use of contract workers with their own personal offices across the country. More than 80% of the monthly premium is paid out in commissions and product costs.

Earnings are paid out at the end of each month between the 28th and the 30th/31st. You will start receiving earnings from your efforts after the first debit order has gone through.

If someone in your business/network’s debit order fails, he will regrettably NOT be covered by the funeral policy and KGA Assist. Also, he/she will be regarded as an inactive Independent Advertiser and therefore unfortunately not qualify for any rebates or commission.
The Independent Advertiser will be responsible for any additional charges related to the failed payment. He will receive an SMS notification between 3-4 days after the failed payment reminding him to pay the monthly debit order plus a R20 penalty fee manually within 7 days. The amount should be paid into the following bank account:

The Independent Advertiser should fax the deposit slip to his Team Leader (the person who’s name appears on top of the Independent Advertiser’s application form) before the date specified in the notification sms.
If the Independent Advertiser does not pay the failed premium plus R20 penalty fee manually and fax the deposit slip to his Team Leader before the date on the SMS notification, AND the following month’s debit order lapses as well, he will fall out of the network/business. The network will move one level up at the end of month 2 following his failed payment.
If you sign up 5 people on your first level, you premium will be covered. However, we suggest you check out our compensation plan to make your own calculations!
Yes, you earn a referral commission form the first person you sign up. There are no restrictions that you must for example first sign up 3 or 4 people before you receive commission. Goldsave only pays out earnings higher than R50. So, should your earnings be less than R50 at the end of the month, it will be carried over to the next month or until the amount is higher than R50. Also, once your earnings are more than your debit order, we will subtract the debit order amount from your earnings, thereby saving you banking charges!

Should death occur, one of the immediate family members should contact KGA Life Limited immediately at 021 944 6300. A claim form should be obtained and completed and a certified copy of the death certificate attached.
Independent Advertisers who are not legally married, but living together as a family (Common-law Spouse), can still enjoy benefits. Just mention all their details when you complete the Independent Advertiser’s application form. This is important because if this is not mentioned on the application form, unfortunately any claims for Common-law Spouses will not be considered for payout in the event of death (traditional marriages included).
If you have more than one spouse through traditional marriage, one spouse can be covered as per our Policies and Procedures document. For coverage on more than one spouse, each additional spouse is required to apply as an Independent Advertiser. Also, only immediate family (you, your spouse and children) are covered in the Funeral Plan. Extended family members have to apply separetely as Independent Advertisers.
The funeral Plan is underwritten by KGA Life Limited. They are a registered, authorised Financial Service Provider (Number 15980), one of South Africa’s leading funeral insurance companies and offer you peace of mind and a quick claims settlement.
