Our Termination Policy

  • Within the first 14 (fourteen) days of your appointment, you have the right to cancel your appointment as a Independent Advertiser at any time without charge nor penalty by giving written notice to that effect to Goldsave. Thereafter, the Independent Advertiser may terminate his appointment at any time without further charge by giving 30 (thirty) calendar days’ written notice to that effect. In each case the notice shall be given to Goldsave, not the underwriter of Goldsave.
  • Subject to the conditions of the termination policy, (i) you may terminate your Membership at any time by providing Goldsave with a signed written notice of termination; (ii) Goldsave may terminate your Membership; and (iii) Goldsave may terminate your Membership without notice if you have not engaged in any Business Activity on your account for a period of 12 or more consecutive months.
  • If you terminate your Membership, then termination becomes effective on whichever is later: (i) the date the Co-op receives your written notice of termination, or (ii) the date specified in your written notice.
  • Termination of your Membership results in the loss of all rights and benefits as an Independent Advertiser, including the permanent loss of your network. After your Membership has been terminated, whether by you or Goldsave, you may apply to become an Independent Advertiser again by submitting to Goldsave a new signed application form. There will be a thirty (30) day cooling period in which you may cancel the funeral plan subscribed to.

Where is your head office? What is your physical address?

The registered address for Goldsave Primary Co-op Ltd is 22 Gloxinia Road, Welgemoed, Bellville, 7530. This address is not the official office of Goldsave.

As we are a new generation network marketing company with technology at people’s disposal, we operate according to 21st century trends. Every study or house of our members with a computer or cell phone are an office from where Goldsave operates and is marketed. Team Leaders have their own independent work stations/home businesses and instead of employees, make use of contract workers with their own personal offices across the country. This lowers overhead costs which enables us, amongst other things, to pay Independent Advertisers the referral commissions and bonuses as big as they are! More than 80% of the monthly premium is paid out in commissions and product costs.

However, KGA Life Limited (our underwriter for the funeral plan) has several regional offices around the country. You are welcome to check that out: http://kga.co.za/offices.php.

Should you wish to visit your Team Leader/Upline, you are welcome to contact him/her. His/her contact details are on your registration form and email received when you signed up.

What makes us different from other network marketing companies?

  • No administration fees;
  • generous, out-of-the-box-thinking compensation plan;
  • a unique, new generation network marketing structure;
  • an affordable, must have financial product;
  • the monthly remuneration is based on a debit order system;
  • low risk, high profit;
  • a convenient, top of the range back office;
  • latest technology and
  • experienced network marketers as team leaders

So, isn’t this one of those pyramid schemes?

Most certainly not! We are a legal registered Co-operative with a legal and financial product sold to the end user provided by an authorised Financial Service Provider. Also, we pay out no more than 7 levels and you can earn more than any Independent Advertiser above you, if you work harder.

Is this a network marketing concept?

Yes, it is! We are a healthy, legal network marketing business offering a way for you to put some extra income in your pocket – faster, simpler and easier!

Are you legal?

Yes, Goldsave is a registered Co-operative acting as Juristic Representative for KGA Life Limited, an authorised registered Financial Service Provider (Number 15980).

When are my earnings paid out?

Earnings are paid out at the end of each month between the 28th and the 30th/31st. You will start receiving earnings from your efforts after the first debit order has gone through.

How many times can I register?

Only once.

What happens when an Independent Advertiser’s debit order in my down line fails?

If someone in your business/network’s debit order fails, he will regrettably NOT be covered by the funeral policy and KGA Assist. Also, he/she will be regarded as an inactive Independent Advertiser and therefore unfortunately not qualify for any rebates or commission.

The Independent Advertiser will be responsible for any additional charges related to the failed payment. He will receive an SMS notification between 3-4 days after the failed payment reminding him to pay the monthly debit order plus a R20 penalty fee manually within 7 days. The amount should be paid into the following bank account:

Account Holder:  Goldsave Co-op
Bank:  ABSA Bank
Branch:  Santyger
Branch Code:  632005
Cheque Account Number:  408 545 25 69

The Independent Advertiser should fax the deposit slip to his Team Leader (the person who’s name appears on top of the Independent Advertiser’s application form) before the date specified in the notification sms.

If the Independent Advertiser does not pay the failed premium plus R20 penalty fee manually and fax the deposit slip to his Team Leader before the date on the SMS notification, AND the following month’s debit order lapses as well, he will fall out of the network/business. The network will move one level up at the end of month 2 following his failed payment.

How many people do I have to have in my network/business for my earnings to cover my debit order?

If you sign up 5 people on your first level, you premium will be covered. However, we suggest you check out our compensation plan to make your own calculations!

Do I receive a commission/rebate for my earnings from my first Independent Advertiser?

Yes, you earn a referral commission form the first person you sign up. There are no restrictions that you must for example first sign up 3 or 4 people before you receive commission. Goldsave only pays out earnings higher than R50. So, should your earnings be less than R50 at the end of the month, it will be carried over to the next month or until the amount is higher than R50. Also, once your earnings are more than your debit order, we will subtract the debit order amount from your earnings, thereby saving you banking charges!

I want to cancel my Membership. How do I do that?

No, however we still reserve the right to adjust premiums to our reasonable discretion if necessary.

What happens if someone dies in my immediate family?

Should death occur, one of the immediate family members should contact KGA Life Limited immediately at 021 944 6300. A claim form should be obtained and completed and a certified copy of the death certificate attached.

My partner and I are not married, but living together. Can my partner be covered in the Funeral Plan?

Independent Advertisers who are not legally married, but living together as a family (Common-law Spouse), can still enjoy benefits. Just mention all their details when you complete the Independent Advertiser’s application form. This is important because if this is not mentioned on the application form, unfortunately any claims for Common-law Spouses will not be considered for payout in the event of death (traditional marriages included).

I have more than one wife. Are they or extended family members covered in the Funeral Plan?

If you have more than one spouse through traditional marriage, one spouse can be covered as per our Policies and Procedures document. For coverage on more than one spouse, each additional spouse is required to apply as an Independent Advertiser. Also, only immediate family (you, your spouse and children) are covered in the Funeral Plan. Extended family members have to apply separetely as Independent Advertisers.
